**The role**
- Working closely with our Business Unit Managers to implement and drive Marketing strategies for their respective businesses
- Development of all marketing campaigns for the business units
- Working closely with third parties to develop marketing collateral that reflects our brand narrative
- Ownership for all print, online and other digital marketing campaigns
- Management of all social media content and activity
- Management of applicable websites
- Development and distribution of print and online advertising
- Monthly reporting on marketing activities and outcomes to business unit managers

While we can teach you all about the dynamic world of property, you will need to bring:

- Be a _forward thinking, creative_ Marketing professional
- A business related / Marketing degree
- Proven experience within a Marketing 3 + years
- Experience in all facets of Marketing
- Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task / prioritise daily
- Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
