This role is a hands on leadership role, leading and working alongside a team of 5-6 people with different skill levels, performing a variety of tasks. You can expect a variety of work, based at our Miramar site.

Working in our small company, you can expect your efforts to really add value, and have the ability to help develop and improve the way we do things and see the results.

You will be working in our new extrusion plant, and as such you will have the opportunity to work with some of the newest and sophisticated automated equipment. You also get to lead in developing and refining the production process and plant and equipment in a new factory environment.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday daytime position, with occasional overtime required during the week.

The rate for this role will depend on the skill and experience you bring with you, however we pride ourselves on striving for a good working environment, and remuneration above market rates.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Be an active team player -energetic, hard-working, motivated to learn,
- Be physically fit and healthy, this is a physical role, on your feet, and fast moving on the workshop floor. Regular light lifting is required,
- Have excellent written and oral communication, with strong English language skills,
- Proven leadership experience,
- Be able to work in a team or individually,
- Be prepared to lend your hand to everything and have an eye for detail.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
