Main duties and responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Business Operations:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase the number of cafe outlets and improve business operations.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Event Catering and Services:

- Proactively seek opportunities for event catering, including weddings, birthdays, and festivals, and manage the entire process from proposal to execution.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Product and Service Development:

- Expand the range of consignment products and services, liaising with suppliers and partners to enhance the product offering.

Customer Management:

- Oversee customer relationship management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the cafes and catering services.
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility and market reach.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and market analysis to the management team.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights for strategic planning.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or teritary qualification in business, sales management, or marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong marketing and client relationship maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strategic thinker with a creative problem-solving approach.
