**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

The HR operations team have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team.

The medical staffing unit is responsible for 200 Resident Medical Officers working across the two hospital sites - Tauranga and Whakatāne.

This is a permanent full-time position based at Tauranga Hospital and for internal applicants this can be treated as a secondment from your current position.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing onboarding spreadsheets
- RMO Medical Council and immigration requirements, when applicable
- Rental and accommodation
- Collation, credentialling of start-up paperwork and processing this on appropriate systems
- Orientation sessions

Skills required for this role:

- Ideally you will have experience within a hospital/medical industry
- A background in HR support
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
