To help achieve this we are looking for a talented Learning and Development Manager to join our People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team.

**The Opportunity**:

- Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this role will manage the operational aspects of our L&D team at KPMG.
- This role has three direct reports so you'll be comfortable leading a team to deliver high quality client focused L&D solutions across the business
- You'll facilitate key internal training courses and collaborate with the wider People, Performance and Culture team to deliver curated learning solutions for our teams

**Day to day you will**:

- Manage end to end learning and development operations including the learning calendar, course delivery, new training offerings, programme nominations, learning needs analysis and consultation,
- Coach and mentor our Learning Operations team to deliver effective learning initiatives through coaching, performance management processes and career conversations.
- Facilitate internal training
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify priority learning needs and training plans, ensuring this aligns to current and future business needs
- Build a deep understanding of the business - strategies, goals, challenges and capability gaps and provide commercial learning solutions
- Create and manage the learning communications and branding plan to build L&D’s profile within the business

**What you'll bring to our team**:

- 7+ years L&D and/or OD consultant experience
- Team leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent training design and development skills
- Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the business
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
