**Senior Learning & Development Manager**

**Based in Auckland**

**12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**Job Summary**

Oversee the delivery of learning and development initiatives during a period of significant change that is supportive of building a high performing culture aligned to the organisation’s strategic direction.

**Key Requirements**
- Oversee the delivery of learning and development initiatives during a period of significant change that is supportive of building a high performing culture aligned to the organisation’s strategic direction.
- Experience designing, monitoring, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programmes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
- Commercially focussed, preferably with experience in the financial or professional service sector.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable and / or comparable experience in adult education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
