**What this job involves**:
Due to an internal promotion, we’re searching for our next Head of Research New Zealand You will lead a talented, diverse and collaborative team, whilst ensuring we provide tailored strategic research services to internal and external clients, covering all sectors of the New Zealand markets.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Write an annual business development plan which is aligned with our NZ business strategy - regularly review and measure performance
Work collaboratively with our Executive Team to identify and convert new business opportunities for all business lines
Maintain contact with clients to ensure high calibre of service is maintained. Ensure clients are satisfied with service and delivery, be front of mind for further opportunities and cross sell other business lines
Author and co-author thought leadership papers that solidifies JLL’s position as a market leader across multiple areas of real estate
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience within the property industry (or related field)
Qualifications in Property, Economics, Finance or other analytical disciplines
Superior communication skills are essential, as are confidence and professionalism
