We are looking for a Senior Business Adviser to join our team.
The role reports to the Manager Governance and Assurance within Biosecurity New Zealand. Our focus is on lifting the maturity of performance measurement across Biosecurity New Zealand and ensuring the leadership team has the right information to make decision across the Biosecurity system.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
In this role, you will contribute through providing advice and support to decision makers across Biosecurity New Zealand.
We are looking for someone who would be comfortable working across the organisation and working with a range of business groups towards agreed solutions. The role is ideally suited to someone who sees themselves as an enabler for change, likes to crack hard problems, and thrives on influencing towards new ideas.

Mōu - About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to form meaningful relationships quickly and influence without authority. You'll also have a thorough understanding of performance management, experience developing and implementing performance measures, and experience of lifting the maturity of assurance within a medium sized organisation.
