The purpose of the SAP HCM Functional Consultant role is to utilise consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to deliver meaningful change to our users.

- Do you understand the delivery of HCM using SAP S4 HANA, in a New Zealand setting?
- Are you a team player who can work effectively with little direction, leading discussions and supporting the development of others in the team?

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with detailed technical and functional knowledge of HR/Payroll & Organizational Management within SAP S4 HANA as well as:

- An ability to produce quality outcomes across the solution. This includes:

- Creating or modifying functional specifications, and producing other documentation that supports the solution while adhering to SAP Standard where possible
- Undertaking configuration and customisation activities to support the SAP solution
- Supporting release and deployment activities
- Providing detailed knowledge of industry best practices to facilitate the Department's specific business requirements
- Ability to build strong working relationships within the SAP Team and with business stakeholders
- Ability to provide technical and functional solutions, to non-technical groups while ensuring appropriate understanding across various levels
- Ability to train, mentor and guide less experienced users within the team

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $135,225. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
