**About the Role**
We are looking for experienced and qualified Support Workers to assist youth in the Wellington area. Your role will involve providing high-quality care and creating a safe, supportive environment to empower individuals with mental health challenges and disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide daily support and care tailored to the individual needs of clients

Assist clients in achieving personal goals and making positive life changes

Foster connections with whānau (family) and promote social inclusion

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

**About You**:
Passionate about improving the lives of individuals with mental health and disability needs

Calm, empathetic, and kind in your approach

Hold a **Level 4 certificate in Mental Health** (or higher)

Experience working with clients in the mental health or disability sector is highly preferred

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willing to undergo background checks and complete relevant training

Eligible to work in New Zealand

Current** MAPA/CPI training** certificate

Current **First Aid** certificate

A **full NZ driver’s licence** is required
