He Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga | The Roles

We have two exciting Support Worker opportunities in the Hutt Valley as part of our Health & Disability services:

Work alongside tāngata whaiora referred by their GP to develop and complete goals that enhance health and wellbeing over a three-month period. You'll provide practical support around housing, budgeting, employment, social services, and more, while also collaborating with the general practice team and wider community.

Permanent Part-Time - Access & Choice Service (32 hours/week, Mon-Fri)

He Kōrero Mōu | About You

We want to hear from people who are passionate about making a real difference and who bring empathy, respect, and cultural awareness to their mahi. You'll also have:

  • NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Level 4 or equivalent
  • A genuine interest or experience in mental health, addiction, or social services
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence
  • Cultural awareness and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
