Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) is undergoing a period of significant transformation. As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind Neptune Pacific’s voice—driving bold, creative, and impactful storytelling that connects with our people and the world around us. A strategic and collaborative leader, you’ll craft and deliver dynamic internal and external marketing and communications programs that bring our brand to life, amplify our reputation, and fuel business growth. From shaping culture and elevating our employee experience to increasing brand reach across the Pacific and beyond, you’ll be at the heart of it all - you are someone with an ability to read the room and act accordingly. You’ll partner with leaders across the business and collaborate with external agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate and deliver results. Working closely with The Wonderful Company’s Corporate PR team, you’ll lead brand strategy, public relations, and day-to-day communications across multiple channels—ensuring every message lands with purpose. Plus, you’ll play a critical role in executive communications, manage sensitive issues with confidence, and drive continuous improvement in everything you do.
**Job Description** Here’s what you will be doing**:
**Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership**
- Lead the development and execution of bold, data-driven marketing strategies that elevate our brand, attract new customers, and drive growth.
- Define target audiences, key messaging, and positioning that resonate across markets.
- Champion brand consistency across all countries and touchpoints—ensuring every message, visual, and experience reflects who we are.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our approach fresh, creative, and impactful.
- Shape and manage the annual marketing and communications budget, ensuring smart investment in the right areas.

**Brand Activation & External Engagement**
- Build and maintain dynamic brand guidelines that are embraced across all business operations.
- Drive awareness through events, trade shows, college visits, and industry conferences that put our brand on the map.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to deliver standout creative assets—think flyers, sell sheets, digital ads, and more.

**Content Creation & Storytelling**
- Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social platforms, campaigns, internal comms, and print collateral.
- Turn complex information into clear, compelling stories that connect with our audiences and bring our mission to life.
- Partner with leaders to develop executive talking points, speeches, and thought leadership content.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Drive our social media strategy with content that builds community, reflects our voice, and grows our presence.

**Internal Communications & Culture Building**
- Be a trusted partner to the leadership team—crafting clear, timely internal messaging that keeps employees informed, engaged, and inspired.
- Lead internal communication strategies to connect teams, spotlight achievements, and promote transparency.
- Develop change management and crisis comms plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure company-wide communications flow seamlessly—from global announcements to local team updates.

**Analytics, Insights & Optimization**
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing and communication efforts to continuously improve reach, impact, and ROI.
- Translate data into insights to inform future campaigns, content, and strategic decisions.
- Support the Customer Experience Group Manager with client database insights and functionality to enhance the customer journey.

**Qualifications** Here’s what you’ll bring to the table**:
**Expertise & Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations—ideally in a large corporate environment or agency setting.
- A track record of creating high-impact marketing collateral that builds brand awareness and drives engagement.
