The BNZ Marketing team is truly customer obsessed, delivering differentiated propositions and experiences that create better customer outcomes. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, and will be working with colleagues and agency partners to develop and delivery exceptional Customer Lifecycle communications activity.

Key Accountabilities:

- Design, develop and delivery Customer Lifecycle Marketing communications programmes for key audiences
- Understand customer life stages and financial needs to produce end-to-end Customer Lifecycle programmes that meet customer needs
- Use data and insights to provide personalised customer experiences
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and work with colleagues across marketing to deeply understand the aspirations of customers
- Build testing into CLM plans

You will have 5+ years significant experience in Marketing and Communications gained within a large and complex environment, and in particular experience with Customer Lifecycle Marketing.

You'll also be able to demonstrate:

- Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market
- Superb interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Exceptional communication ability
- Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Stakeholder management experience
- A strong attention to detail
- Proven above the line and direct marketing experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (ie Marketing, Communications, Business or similar)
