**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As our Last Mile Network Support Coordinator, your role is to support the day to day operation of our eCommerce Delivery offer across New Zealand.
- Ensure customers receive world class eCommerce service when they order from us, with any impacts minimised as much as possible
- Work with team across our business to support the eCommerce Network
- Communicate with our partners and customers to enable long term success with new initiatives and projects
- Recommend ideas and suggestions from analytic data
- Extract, manipulate and analyse data to determine operational and customer trends to enhance our customer offer

**About You | Mōu
You will possess outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and convert complex ideas in a simple way to understand.

You are analytical and know how to interpret data to make decisions and solve problems. Strong Excel and modelling skills would be an advantage.

Ideally you will have experience working within a Logistics / Retail / Operations role where you have streamlined processes and identified new efficiencies.
