As our Logistics Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting across a multi-functional operation which includes Inventory Management, Reporting, Digital operations, freight forwarding, fixtures and fittings, 3PL management, warehousing, and last mile.

- Facilitating and coordinating inbound and stock transfers across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability
- Managing, evaluating and preparing reports on our Fulfillment Centre’s performance
- Providing insights and suggestions to optimize day to day operations to achieve increased process efficiencies and productivity
- Investigating customer concerns and operational and quality issues competently and in a timely manner
- Creating and enforcing processes which ensure compliance is consistently adhered to
- Supporting labour planning and monitoring staffing requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and high services levels to clients
- Challenging the status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Reviewing KPI’s across the fulfillment centre and last-mile carrier
**We would love to hear from you if**:

- Have 3+ years’ experience within Supply Chain/Retail/Logistics
- Have an intermediate to advanced skill level of Excel
- Have demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS system
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
