**The role** Operations Support Coordinator's purpose is to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the branch operations network, with the primary focus of effective database management and continuous improvement in the ares of legislative and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service, data management, administration and reporting: (Internal/External) including but not limited to:

- Answering calls within 3 rings
- Action of all incoming calls with high level first line customer service
- Provides guidance to branch operations in areas of expertise
- Provides administrative support
- Manages all documentation and records within the requirements of the business
- Ensures and maintains all documents and records in the relevant system in a timely manner
- Performs continuous cleansing of the active database
- Follow up and compliance monitoring
- Promoting a safe and positive culture across the business

**Skills and Experience**

In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in administration
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team with the willing to help others
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
