**WHAT WE DO**

We manufacture the walls and floors to go into Residential homes to save time on site and create a safer and better-quality product. Our clients come to us for homes that can be built faster, more accurately and with less waste.

**THE JOB**

As a Home Building Technician working in the Clevercore Plant, you will be expected to:

- Manufacture the components that go into a house in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate computer-controlled machines used to cut and assemble timber frames and roofs
- Use power tools where required
- Work as a team
- Work safely at all times

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this position you will need to:

- Have previous experience working in manufacturing or construction roles
- Be confident using power tools (nail guns, saws, etc)
- Be physically fit
- Be reliable and committed
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Be able to work unsupervised and part of a wider team

**IN RETURN WE WILL PROVIDE**
- 40 hours per week guaranteed (Monday to Friday)
- In-depth training for working with new technology and machinery
