**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain electronic, security, and smart home systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair a range of smart home devices.
- Conduct testing and calibration to ensure equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Manager in a timely and efficient manner

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year proven experience** as a **Security Technician** or in a related technical role
- Hands-on knowledge of **security systems and smart home technologies**:

- Familiarity with **Dahua, Tiandy, Hikvision, Akuvox, UNV, AP, and WiFi technologies** is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of **electronic circuits, components, and systems**:

- Skilled in the use of **diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment**:

- Ability to **read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics**:

- **NZ work experience** preferred
- Fluent in both **Mandarin and English** (spoken and written)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- **Certification or diploma** in electronics or a related field is an advantage
- **Full New Zealand driver’s license** required
