**Are you a sharp thinker, detail orientated and a problem solver?**
We are a small team of young, dynamic and leading Homestar Assessors. We are trained in all green building certification programmes (Homestar, Green Star, LEED, NABERS NZ, Passive House, etc) and also offer renewable energy evaluation and design services.

We currently have most of the Homestar Assessment work in the country and seem to be experiencing good growth and success... so we are looking for the right person to come and join the team and become part of the leading Homestar group in NZ. We are a tight-knit team and are looking for someone like-minded.
- **We are looking for individuals from an architectural background**:

- Great analytical/engineering mind and even more importantly problem solving attitude with the ability to keep track of the details, lots of details.
- Ability to be to the point and keep explanations simple and direct.
- Must be able to see the bigger picture with this job, and understand that it will take 6 months to a year of hard work to start really being up to speed and being able to consult to Clients without our supervision (so must not mind being micro-managed at the beginning with the view to then grow into an independent consultant position at which point there is no more micro-management involved as you will become a trusted team member).

This role is for 6 months of a paid trial role, that can develop into a long term role for the right person. Flexible work hours between 25 and 40 hours per week. The payrate begins at $22/hr.

After successful completion of the internship period, there may be a possibility of staying on as permanent full time position with graduate starter salary package. We are looking for someone who can feel comfortable with the idea of being a long term member of the team.... so 3 years or more.
