Due to internal progression, we are currently recruiting for a driven, motivated, optimistic person who is passionate and energetic about health and wellness to join our Distribution Insurance team to be our AIA Vitality Coach to achieve our dream through the leadership that they show about the AIA Vitality programme connecting Health and Wellbeing into our DNA to activate our sales teams to be able to help support advisers achieve our dream.
The Distribution team looks after all intermediary relationships with AIA, stretching across independent advisers, large Financial Advice Practices, our aligned network, to our Banking partnership. Our Sales teams are a high-performance team who continue to break records. We are searching for an AIA Vitality Coach who wants to help the team continue with their peak performance; enhance their techniques and bring us closer to making our dream become a reality.
The main tool that you will have to help drive our dream is the AIA Vitality Programme. AIA Vitality is a science-backed health and wellbeing programme that will clients get more out of life, as it has for millions of customers in more than 20 countries. AIA Vitality is a game changer for the insurance industry.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Strategic Account Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading the AIA Vitality Programme into the Sales Team and helping them achieve their sales metrics by helping them with ideas, structures, and techniques to build sales processes with their intermediaries with the aim of achieving the attachment of our wellbeing programme AIA Vitality into the insurance products that they promote for AIA.
To ensure that we share the load of the dream; this role will also work closely with the lead team for Distribution and helps supports the strategic thinking to support the implementation of the AIA Vitality Programme into everything that we do from Distribution. The opportunity includes providing support for wider projects and unified ways of working at a Nationwide level.
Our intermediaries, their businesses, the Groups, and our partnerships that support them are key to our success. This role is responsible for identifying ways to help provide solutions to help them maintain or grow their businesses via the attachment of AIA Vitality.
It requires a daily mix of putting your passion about health and wellbeing into practice for others to also become as passionate as you. This role will require on your feet thinking as well as strategic, tactical, creative thinking, opportunity identification, coaching, consulting, problem solving, negotiation, solutioning and being the centre of expertise to so many. We can guarantee that this role gives you the variety of tasks that you are searching for in a high-performance environment and help you make an impact with health and wellbeing at the centre of your role.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Strategic Development of Tools and Resources- Leading executive Wellness Programme and other presentations and activations- Leadership/Influence- Being the Wellbeing Ambassador and influencing others to join you- Business Development and Consultancy- Coaching on AIA Vitality for distribution teams and intermediaries- Budget management of operating expenses- Risk, Conduct and Culture focus
