**Liability Underwriter**

**The Role**
- Be part of the ANDO specialist Liability team, working on complex accounts and expanding the ANDO Liability brand into the broker market.
- Review and underwrite Liability business using our Lloyd’s capacity.
- Partner with brokers to develop ANDO Liability segment
- Work closely with other ANDO teams to develop seamless whole of account solutions to our broker partners.
- Use your technical leadership when fronting high-complexity accounts

**Qualifications and experience**
- 5+ years Liability Underwriting experience on the following lines; Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Casualty, Management Liability.
- Experience underwriting complex liability accounts
- Exceptional communication—able to explain technical decisions clearly
- Ability to manage and develop broker relationships.
- High integrity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative approach with a strong desire to develop solutions
- Ability to make autonomous technical decisions—while still aligned to portfolio strategy
