An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enterprising Store Manager with a dynamic Independent Jewellers known for fine quality jewellery, values and delivering a wow experience to their customers.

Working with some of the biggest local and international brands in the jewellery industry within a stylish environment with superior staff and fabulous customers are a guarantee for the successful person.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years specialty retail store management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

- KPI management - identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Leadership Skills - a hands on leader that inspires a team.
- Recruitment, Training & Development of a sales team.
- Motivate & Coach staff - ensuring your staff are the best.
- Lead a team to achieve Sales Budgets - create a winning sales team.
- Visual Merchandising experience - know how to draw customers into the store.
- Alignment with JFJ Vision, Mission and Values.
- Be a New Zealand resident.

John Franich Jewellers is a jewellery and watch retailer. The name Franich is synonymous with West Auckland, the family having settled here in 1893. In addition to providing answers to our customer’s questions, our team of jewellery professionals create unique pieces as future heirlooms, as well as stocking the curated JFJ Private Jewellery Collection and a selection of items from a range of exciting local and international jewellery and watch brands. Our award-winning focus remains true to our loyal customers and the customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
