As a Restaurant Manager you will of lead a positive, energetic and high performance culture within your restaurant. You will play a key part ensuring your team succeeds and delivers a great customer experience for everyone.

**What will you do?**
- Encourage and motivate your team to reach new levels of success
- Connect with customers and provide an amazing experience each visit
- Grow sales in your store
- Be accountable for the overall performance of the store
- Manage costs and be responsible for the P&L for your store
- Act with integrity and build a positive team culture
- Inspire high levels of performance from those you work with
- Be responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplace

- Management experience of 2 years or more

- Demonstrated ability to coach team members
