**About the company**:
Our client is a retailer of harm reduction tools and vaping products. Their stores are not like your typical vape shops - They offer a clean, modern and mínimalistic in-store experience for our customers, welcoming for anyone and everyone.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a motivated and sales driven Retail Store Manager to lead and develop their North West Store. You will have full store accountability, driving sales and revenue, developing and mentoring a small team
- Drive outstanding customer experience by coaching and leading by example
- Proactively lead, coach and develop all store team members across all aspects of the business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure stock inventory is managed through correct delivery procedures, stocktakes, negative stock procedure and cycle counts

**About you**:

- Experience facilitating sales & customer service training to retail team members
- A proven track record in achieving company goals
- Strong business acumen and the ability to lead your team to high levels of success
- Ability to build a thigh knit driven team culture
