Sales Representative

Asahi Beverages NZ is on the lookout for our next Sales Representative As our Sales Representative, you will support the Field Team across all channels which includes merchandising and managing a customer base within the **Hawkes Bay** region.
You will be driving between a number of customers in a day, so we’ll be providing you with a company vehicle.
This is a great opportunity to join our team and has excellent progression opportunities into our Field Sales roles.
**This is a fixed-term, 6-month role.**
**Key responsibilities**
***Visiting customers as per call schedule.
- Support the execution of promotional and distribution strategy that delivers budgeted profit and sales targets.
- Achieve optimum distribution and in store presence for all product ranges.
- Building and maintaining displays in store.
- Drive on shelf positioning of ABNZ products via relays, as required.
- Be responsive to customers’ needs and request.

You’ll be someone who is willing to get stuck in and make a difference for our customers. Your organisational skills will keep you on top of your game, and you’ll be a real team player who is a reliable support to our Field Team. You have:
Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-developed selling skills including planning & implementing commercial programs
- Well-developed conflict management
- Well-developed in directing others
- Well-developed managerial courage
- Good level of fitness required for merchandising
- Strong approachability
- Field & FMCG experience highly regarded.
