**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**ABOUT YOU**

Reporting to the Construction Manager to support our Contracts Managers in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions you will hold:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum two years New Zealand experience as a Site Engineer for infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work without supervision.
- Leads by example, is approachable and able to supervise, mentor and support others.Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
