**Your day-to-day**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll maintain a centralized content calendar and task list for the project, scheduling meetings and keeping the marketing team and key stakeholders informed of progress. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure all customer-facing messaging is consistent and support content creation for both instore and online assets. This includes writing briefs, collating specs, managing stakeholder feedback, and ensuring all collateral is signed off and delivered on time. Additionally, you’ll support the distribution of collateral to Lotto NZ stores and assist with website content updates, ensuring all material considers our harm minimisation guidelines You’ll also be a team player and ready to help with other tasks within marketing, as needed, to support the project.

As a highly organised superstar and experienced coordinator, you will be passionate about what you do and be proud of it. You will have:
**The following technical skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Copywriting skills would be beneficial
- Experience in using Content Management Systems would be beneficial

**You would also have**:

- Sound administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work at pace and remain calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate with teams as well as work independently

**You have the following experience**:

- 2-3 years in a comparable marketing coordinator position preferred
- Co-ordination for large scale marketing or comms campaigns If you have a marketing background, we want to hear from you
