Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and supporting the successful delivery of our manufacturing and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing project documentation, reports and schedules
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they stay on track
- Coordinating with production, sales, and installation teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records of project documentation, invoices, and contracts.
- Communicating with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure project alignment
- Assisting in procurement, scheduling, and contract management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations and safety standards
- Identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in project administration, or sales/marketing within a relevant industry, preferably three years’ relevant experience or a diploma in business related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of curtains, blinds, or interior design is a plus but not required.
