This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertising Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the creation, production, and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on advertising expenditures and ROI.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market conditions to inform planning.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling advertising content.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital campaign performance.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising platforms.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through effective advertising.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure all advertising materials comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on advertising laws and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Advertising Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or health supplement industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in advertising software and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, analytics tools).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
