Graphic Designer

Primary Purpose of the Role: As a Graphic Designer at TSB Living Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing digital and print design expertise for marketing and communication materials. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, planning, designing, and producing print, online, and multimedia outputs, ensuring they align with TSB Living's branding and design standards.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Brainstorm and create various creative themes and designs to support design projects.

2. Oversee the conceptualization phase of products.

3. Produce style guides, presentations, and project visualizations for the website

4. Offer expertise on design elements, including calligraphy, typography, and colors.

5. Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations.

7. Coordinate between the marketing and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

8. Track and report on project progress to the team, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in design or a related/equivalent field.

2. Knowledge of animation and motion design software.

3. Proficiency in Adobe design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

4. Experience with both print and digital designs.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to collaborate with diverse professionals, educators, scientists, and fellow creatives.

7. A creative thinker with strong imaginative skills and a thirst for learning.

8. Great aesthetic sense and creative thinking with keen attention to detail.

9. Practical and environmental design experience.
