We are currently seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Nutritionals Plant (D3) in a permanent Plant Operator position. This role operates on a 4-on / 4-off rotating roster with 12-hour shifts and offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is more than just an operational role—we’re looking for someone who is eager to develop their skills, contribute to team success, and take ownership of their work. If you’re someone who shows initiative, enjoys solving problems, and performs well under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

While not essential, previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment, or holding a relevant technical qualification will be an advantage.
