Levno is headquartered in Palmerston North, but we also have smaller offices in Wellington, Auckland, and Dublin.

**Requirements**:
Key Qualities and Attributes:

- Preferred experience with **any of** the following technologies that make up our tech stack:

- Modern Typescript/Javascript frameworks such as Vue or Node,
- Flutter and Dart,
- AWS services including Lambda,
- Laravel and PHP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and occasional external communication.
- Strong team player mentality, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
- Empathy towards individuals with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Willingness to seek assistance and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of industry experience as a Software Developer.
- Thrive in a close-knit team environment and actively contribute to team dynamics.
- Enjoy working in an environment that embraces continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Creative thinking - Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions for our customers.
- Self-motivation - Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle out-of-the-box issues using good judgment and past experience.
- Analytical thinking to identify issues and improve the customer experience.
- Development automation - Experience with CI/CD and unit testing preferred.
- Experience in rural, IoT, or Agritech domains is advantageous but not required.
