About the role

Here at ANZ, we are facing into a huge technology transformation. Right now we’re operationalising a full stack of M365 and Collaboration services.

We’re looking for a Chapter Lead - Solution Engineering, within our Employee Experience Tech Area, to lead the operations of our M365 & Collaboration services, and help us deliver our vision of “a Frictionless IT Experience”.

**Role Location**: Wellington

**Role Type**: Permanent, full-time opportunity

What will your day look like

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Lead a formative team on their growth journey
Own the engineering function for our existing M365 & Collaboration services - Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint
On-board future technology as we deliver on our roadmap
Drive for operational excellence, automation, and Frictionless IT Experiences for our ANZ teams
Execute strategies to enable user, business, and customer outcomes
Build partnerships with the technology stakeholders and key partners
Grow yourself, your team, and others around you
What will you bring?

- To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Experience with M365 & Collaboration tools in leadership or senior technical roles, and a broad understanding of the wider technology landscape
The desire to support our teams learning, growth and development journeys, while taking them on a journey as we strive for excellence
The ability to build constructive, positive relationships with a wide range of teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
An understanding of ITIL and Agile practices
Previous experience with either Enterprise scale environments or Financial organisations
Great stories around how you can/do align with ANZ’s ICARE Values, and New Ways of Leading
