**Integrated Safety Response Coordinator (ISR)**

**About the Role**

The Interated Safety Response (ISR) Coordinator is a key member of the Child and Youth Health Team within Health New Zealand - South Canterbury and works in collaboration with local clinical and service areas, along with professional colleagues in other government and non-government agencies.

The ISR is a multi-agency response to Police-attended incidences of family violence. It brings together Police, Oranga Tamariki, the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Education, other health districts, local iwi, specialist family violence non-government organisations and kaupapa Maori services, to support victims and their families.

**About the Person**

The ISR Coordinator is open to a registered health professional such as nursing or relevant allied health discipline and with experience in child and family physical and/or mental health. The person must be tech savvy, an excellent communicator and have strong organisational skills. Other criteria includes;
- Registered with the relevant registration body and current APC
- The right to work in New Zealand
