We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Team as an** Area Business Manager Auckland North and Northland.**

**Purpose of the Role**

The primary purpose of the Area Business Manager position, is to deliver the commercial goals of George Weston Foods (NZ) within your defined area, focusing on top performing key account supermarket stores, representing the company’s best interests in developing a positive long term business relationship resulting in sustainable growth, while working within agreed George Weston Foods (NZ) Limited processes and disciplines. Reporting into the Regional Business Manager NI, this role will provide the incumbent with a high degree of autonomy to manage the assigned area (including definition of their call plan) with the main goal to optimise a triple win for Shoppers, Retailers and GWF.
- Co-ordinate and develop the business plan for major key account stores in the area
- Review and continually optimise existing and new agreements
- Review area performance formally every month and present strategic and tactical revisions to address any issues
- Support customer leader with data driven insights
- Complete Monthly sales reports
- Work in collaboration with internal key stakeholder, including but not limited to Merchandising team, Finance, Category, Supply Chain and Marketing to optimize store performance and instore execution”

**About You**
- Field Sales or Key Account experienced
- A skilled negotiator
- A drive to grow new business & sustain current
- Analytical ability
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Polished presentation skills
