We are looking for self starting, high energy individuals to join our team.
In this role, you'll oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. You'll support, train, and motivate cleaning staff while maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering on company values such as trust, reliability, integrity, respect, and proactivity.

Give Our Clients a Great Experience
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
· Conduct regular site inspections (QAs) and follow up on client feedback promptly.
· Ensure all cleaning services are delivered in line with contract requirements and quality standards.
· Act as the first point of contact for client issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
Innovate and Simplify
· Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery.
· Support the implementation of new systems, equipment, and technologies to enhance efficiency as required.
· Maintain accurate site documentation, schedules, and reports.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including incident reporting and risk management.
Drive Sustainable Growth and Reward
· Assist with onboarding and training of new staff to support business growth.
· Manage resources effectively, including labour allocation, consumables, and equipment.
· Support the achievement of operational KPIs and financial targets.
· Recognise and celebrate team achievements, fostering pride and accountability within your area
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
· Sound understanding of health & safety practices.
· Ability to plan, prioritise, and work autonomously across multiple sites.
· Full driver's licence and reliable transport.
