We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Card Switch Team, as we embark on an exciting journey of implementing various enhancements and features.

In this role, you will become an integral part of our dedicated Card switching team, utilising your valuable expertise to ensure a harmonious blend of stewardship and innovation.

As a Senior Application Specialist within the squad, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical leadership and extensive knowledge. Your responsibilities will include spearheading and overseeing tasks aimed at propelling continuous improvement of Kiwibank's card infrastructure and services.

- Key skills and experience required:_
- Must have Configuration Experience in Postilion Suite of Applications and/or other card-based products
- Collaborates everyday stakeholders which includes internal and external, to design, review and align on new solution designs
- Leading initiatives from Concept to Implementation
- Software delivery life cycle from build to prod deployment
- Solid experience working in agile environments
- Solid experience managing production Application Maintenance
- Be available to join and On-call roster
- Experience with Card Cryptography
- Bonus (not essential but advantageous to have):_
- SQL Database Experience
- Identifies obvious deficiencies in processes and supports activities to improve them
- Considers metrics and uses appropriate services to check quality levels
- Having a good understanding of best practice for release management
