N AND N CONTRACTING LIMITED is a horticultural company operating for more than 6 years with continued profit. We are looking to hire Supervisors who will be required to travel to multiple sites within the Bay of Plenty region and perform the below job responsibilities:

- Coordinate personnel activities such as coaching and performance management.
- Ensure that the business complies with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assist in allocating human resources as per the workload.
- Assign work and monitor the work performance of the staff.
- Review staff performance and provide feedback to the management
- Communicate with the Director/manager to ensure that the work is of the highest quality if performed on a daily basis
- Assist the management to identify any issues and facilitate a resolution to the problems.

You will be required to work for a **minimum of 30 hours per week**

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work (Hours vary seasonally due to the nature of the business but are generally Monday to Friday. Required to work on some Saturdays as well.
- Available to start early.
- Team-worker
- Leadership skills

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
