Job type: Full time - 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.

Duration: Permanent

Pay Bracket: Minimum of $29.70 per hour and Employer is willing to go to $32.00 per hour based on experience.

**About the role**:

- A Store Manager will need to have good decision-making skills.
- Be able to work in a team and indenpendatly.
- Ensure Health and Safety is following and ensure store is always need and clean.
- The Store Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking feedback, and responding to complaints in a positive manner.
- All Staff will be ultimately the Store Managers responsibility, and the Store Manager needs to handle hiring, training, upskilling and focus on people management.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the store timings from Monday to Sunday
- Relevant experience and / or Qualification preferred.
- Positive attitude, Building Rapport with Staff and Customers, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and Handling customer professionally
- Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

**To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or have the legal right to work in NZ full time.
