**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

As a VIP Host - Gaming Machines, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional level of customer service to our Platinum and Black Gaming Machine Tiers. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, growing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the VIP Service Assistants to monitor and control access to the VIP areas, promote the Premier loyalty programme, and assist in implementing marketing promotions and events.

**Mōu | About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- The ability to use initiative and work without supervision.
- A high level of personal grooming and professional demeanour.

The must-have's:

- The availability to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation, particularly over nights & weekends
- Be over 20 years of age
- Have a clear credit history and criminal record
