Are you a customer service extraordinaire looking to develop your relationship building skills? We have an exciting opportunity to join the VIP Gaming Machines team as a Platinum Host.

**The role**:
Reporting to the VIP Operations Manager, the role will support the Platinum room by building and maintaining superior customer relationships, developing customer profiles and implementing contact strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to initiate conversations with our customers, to efficiently handle customer requests and to quickly gain rapport. You will be able to identify, diffuse or escalate incidents and have demonstrated problem solving skills. This role requires a self-starter who can use their initiative and work without supervision. You will also need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster across all shifts.
