**Qualifications**
- Bringing at least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with a strong foundation in customer care
- Confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, while offering support to guests for whom English may not be their first language
- Providing exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Leveraging your background in hospitality, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant or 5-star Hotel environment
- Organized, energetic, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences that guests will appreciate and cherish
- Approachable and professional, with a flair for making every guest feel valued and cared for
