**The Opportunity **| **Te **kōwhiringa**
In this role, you’ll be involved in a range of tasks relating to the development of Training Needs Analyses, organising the deployment and coordination of a team of Workplace Trainer/Assessors, coordinate the Workplace Training Community of Practice, support Trainees and apprenticeship administration and contribute to the enhancement of training resources.

- Working knowledge of learning/training within an organisation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Sound administration skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working in a geographical dispersed team
- High level of customer service and communication skills
