Due to significant growth, we have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Head of Transactional Shared Services.**

**Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your key functions will include**:

- Develop, coach, and support a high performing team.
- Establish the shared services structure that is consistent with the agreed operating model.
- Set the framework for the allocation of purchase order numbers (if applicable) within the Accounts payable function, including the service levels to resolve any issues.
- Establish the framework for the accurate processing and reconciliation of the Payable and Receivable Ledgers.
- Oversee the finalisation of the stores Pacsoft Member Statements after migration and store deployment.
- Establish and Manage processes and procedures under the new operating model for reconciliations and queries between stores and suppliers.
- Working with stakeholders to generate improvement ideas and actively participate in implementing new ways of working within a shared services model.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in leading a high performing team whilst navigating change.
- Sound experience leading full-function accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Successful experience in change and stakeholder management along with solid influencing skills.
