On the other hand, we have just embarked our Cloud Transformation Journey **About the Platform**: We have an opening for a CXO(Product Owner) to join our Cloud Enablement Platform. This role takes care of Integration stacks include modern Public API platform, API portal and API Gateway. Also be the owner and the agent of transformation of some of our legacy stacks such as BizTalk and SFTP. As a CXO/Product Owner within this Platform, your focus is on the platform Operational support, continuous improvement, and Cloud transformation roadmap. This role also offers opportunity for you to lead the integration transformation stream to transform our current on prem Integration platforms to a cloud native/friendly target state. You will own the public API, BizTalk, SFTP stack and work with our partners and vendors closely to ensure an optimised, performant, safe and secure environment for our people to develop great features for our customers and to automate their day-to-day work flow. You will work with our IT Service Desk and Service Management team closely to solve problems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the developer community we support. While steering the ship, you'll also lead the way to our Cloud based Integration transformation. This means you'll play a big part in planning and assessing our cloud maturity, understand the path of how to lift legacy and on-premise systems into the cloud, navigating things like services and hosting environments and tying this into compliance. **What is a CXO?** A Customer Experience Owner is called different things in different organizations (like Product Owner or Product Director) but at ASB it's someone who: - brings out valuable, engaging stories into a living roadmap - collaborates with our internal customers to create and maintain well-groomed backlogs - builds and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and continuously communicates the roadmap to stakeholders - conveys the strategic vision and the Platform's goals to the squads, ensure this is upheld throughout delivery and help the squads make decisions on innovation and prioritisation - Manages risks with in the Platform and identify actions to remediate risks in agreed time frame The CXO is all about collaborating, meaning you'll be the internal customers' go-to, keeping them looped into the journey with a firm grip on their needs and upcoming demands. This will involve collaborating with the Platform leadership team, other Platforms and Tribes across ASB to help us manage risks and dependencies, perform controls, and remove blockers. **About you**: While any previous CXO, Product Ownership, architectural experience would get us jumping, we'd really love previous Integration experience on building and maintaining API framework/tooling.
