**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Head of Finance - Dairy to take ownership for our Dairy business performance domestically and in our export markets. The role is a key leadership role responsible for the Dairy finance team and providing commercial and financial support to the Dairy Leadership team and the Executive team in order to drive long-term sustainable growth and profitability.

**In order to achieve this, your responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with the Head of Dairy and Dairy leadership team to create a strategic plan that delivers against business strategic goals to drive sustainable growth
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of the Dairy P&L the outcomes of the forecasting process to review actuals, forecast, budget, risks and opportunities in order to meet EBIT/NPAT targets
- Maximize long-term Profit and Returns optimization including market share protection and overall volume growth through category extensions, NPD, and product portfolio expansion
- Manage Gross Margin, Commodity costing, risk hedging and site/distribution performance management

About you
In order to make this role a success we are looking for a highly experienced commercial finance professional with experience in operating and a senior leadership level and an extremely strong understanding of the dairy industry, export markets and pricing mechanics.
Skillsets, experiences, and capabilities we are looking for include:

- A high-level of stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence through others and partnering skills to drive results
- People leadership experience and the a track record of driving transformation and growing a high-performance team
- CA/CPA/CIMA or MBA qualification is essential
- A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results and leverage opportunities for growth
- Mandarin is helpful but not essential
