**Contracts Administrator**

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Contracts Administrator to join our Citycare Water team based in Dunedin to help achieve our business goals.

This role offers a variety and challenges and we are looking for someone who is a highly motivated, proactive, with a strong contracts administration background (ideally in construction or infrastructure services) to join us. You will be successful in this role because you pride yourself on your high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-level tasks.

The role will be responsible for:

- Prepare and compile monthly claims, reconcile, investigate and resolve issues/errors
- Reconcile claim payment schedules to invoice claims
- Other financial tasks including invoicing, maintaining debtors, work in progress accruals at month end, and providing various financial reports.
- Work order management including updating information in various systems.
- Administrative tasks including minute taking for meetings, maintaining and preparing client and internal documentation and general administration support.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years' administration experience, preferably as a contract administrator working in a contracting related industry.
- experience working alongside operational teams
- Experience in ERP system, Pronto Xi 750 would be beneficial
- Microsoft Office experience. Excel will be one of your many strengths, with proven ability with formulas, pivots and other tools.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and partner effectively with all levels of the business.
