The role includes: - Delivering quality customer experiences - Undertaking assessments based on site visits and/or documentary (including photographic/video) evidence - Meeting with customers and suppliers; completing investigations - Effective and timely written and verbal communication and reporting - Management of the Insurance claim settlement process To be excel in this role, you will be energetic, positive and keen to learn. It is advantageous that you are qualified through ANZIIF or with a similar trade/tertiary qualification; however, it will be your attitude that will make you truly successful. **Your new company**: Claims?
