Your Opportunity
As part of our marketing team, you’ll play an integral role in the development and execution of creative ideas, promotional opportunities, and business development activities. As trusted advisors, our team collaborates with specialists across the company (engineers, scientists, planners, and project managers) to promote our brand, and our projects that advance the quality of life in communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
- \tPlan and execute brand promotion activity relating to sponsorships, tradeshows, conferences, events, and activities for a variety of services and business sectors.
- \tWork with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic materials and other communications in alignment with the Stantec brand.
- \tPrepare thoughtful, high-impact, and engaging collateral that highlights our depth of experience, expertise, and creativity.
- \tCoordinate involvement in corporate community engagement events and activities.
- \tOrganise advertising and photography to support marketing campaigns.
- \tMaintain marketing operational tools and systems.
- \tDevelop market facing communications and visual displays in partnership with the communications and graphic design team.
- \tSupport our pursuit team with material required for proposal development.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- \tDetail-oriented and highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills.
- \tExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- \tDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- \tAbility to use Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign), and other desktop publishing programs is desirable.
- \tAbility to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies.
- \tMust feel comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

- \tPost-secondary degree or qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related area preferred.
- \t2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications related role.
