**The role**
Reporting to the Contract Support Coordinator, you’ll be bringing your excellent collaboration skills to the fore as daily communication and liaising with the team will be a big aspect of this role. Along with these, you’ll also:
- Raise purchase orders, accurate customer and network invoicing and reconciling maintenance work prior to close-out
- Effectively manage outstanding maintenance work and prepare journals where applicable
- Assist in monthly calculation of Work In Progress
- Provide support to the managers where required

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be detail-focussed and able to see the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- System-savvy and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organisational skills, detail-focussed with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
- Experience working with systems like COUPA and Maximo (preferable)
